The Manasota Air Conditioning Contractors Association (MACCA) is a not-for-profit trade association that represents professional heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) contractors for Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte Counties in the State of Florida.

MACCA's goal is to promote quality and professionalism in the HVAC/R industry.  We strive to help our members acquire and satisfy customers and uphold the most stringent requirements for professional ethics.  Additionally, we offer educational opportunities to our members/staff and provide advocacy for our industry. 

We are an organization that is continuously looking for ways to improve our industry through education and communication and one that recognizes that the contributions of its members are the sole success of the organization.  We are a partnership of industry contractors, manufacturers, wholesalers and industry affiliate members who commit to providing business management tools for HVAC/R contractors and other industry professionals.

MACCA members are trusted and verified professionals because we know there's a difference between true professionals and everybody else. We are committed to monitoring legislative / regulatory issues and influencing public policy decisions in the best interests of the HVAC/R industry.

The association is administered by a dedicated and capable staff and governed by a group of officers and directors composed solely of contractors.  MACCA is an affiliated chapter of the Florida Refrigeration Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRACCA).

To better the quality and public image of the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry through the proper training of apprentices and to promote excellence, knowledge and support within the HVAC industry.
