There are no refunds for registrations for special events, education programs or meetings that are not cancelled in writing as per the stipulated event/program cancellation policy. In the event of a program/event cancelled by the organization a full refund will gladly be issued. All eligible refunds will be issued no later than 15 days after the event.
For curriculum materials, such as EPA or NATE Study Guides, we’ll gladly accept materials returned in resalable condition for up to 30 days. A copy of the sales receipt must accompany the returned materials. A refund excluding shipping costs will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the materials.
