Our speaker, Rosemary DiDio Brehm, is a Training and Strategic Planning Consultant who specializes in People Productivity and Team Development for large and small businesses. Rosemary has done the Strategic Planning for a number of our local Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractor Associations and has spoken at the annual FRACCA Conference. In addition to her consulting business, she and her husband own Affordable Displays, a fixture manufacturing Company in Clearwater, FL. There, she oversees People Productivity, which includes, recruiting, onboarding new employees, creating and managing the On-the-Job Training Program, and ensuring that employees understand company culture and job expectations.
She has had to be innovative in finding and bringing on employees to do the work to “keep our clients happy and coming back.”
