Program Description
This is a 1.5 hour technical program for HVAC technicians and contractors who want to learn more about the pressure/temperature relationships in AC and refrigeration systems and how to correctly measure the performance of the AC system by the superheat and sub-cooling.

By attending this session, you will leave with a better understanding of the:

• Laws of Refrigeration and Heat Transfer
• Refrigeration cycle and its components
• Proper methods to calculate Superheat and Sub-Cooling
• Proper Temperature measurement
• Analog gauges vs. Digital Manifolds
• Today’s Tools

Instructor - John Figan is a Regional Sales Manager for Testo and has over 30 years of experience in working with instrument manufacturers to design, develop and market instrumentation. His experience extends into training of instrumentation to a variety of markets including HVAC, Weatherization, Industrial, safety and gas utility.
