Speaker : Bob CochellOwner/President - Gulf Coast Air Systems, Florida Building Commission (FBC) Energy Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)

Bob brings over 50 years on experience and knowledge to the HVAC Industry and this program. His remarkable career boasts a series of impressive accomplishments. He has served as Past President of RACCA and President of FRACCA for two terms, earning the prestigious RACCA C.J. Dillard “Outstanding Contractor of the Year” Award on four occasions. Bob is a dedicated educator, teaching CEU courses across Florida on air conditioning, code compliance, and mechanical systems. He has been an active voting member of the Florida Building Commission’s Energy Technical Advisory Committee since 2000, contributing to the evolution of the Florida Building Code. Additionally, Bob is a contributing author for the Florida Contractors Exam, Hillsborough County – City of Tampa Mechanical Board member, and has written numerous articles for HVAC Insider since 2001.
