Position: Client Support Representative
Job Duties: include but are not limited to the following.
Dispatching service calls to technicians
Scheduling technicians to multiple service calls
Ability to handle several phone calls at one time.
Accurate data entry of service calls
Timely follow up to service calls, permits invoices and time sheets
Qualifications:
Strong and clear phone presence
Experience within the plumbing industry a plus
Well organized with ability to multi-task
Basic computer skills (i.e., data entry, email, and internet)
Coachable and motivated to seek out additional responsibilities.
High School diploma or GED and (2) years of related experience
Sit up to (8) hours per day, occasionally lift to (15) pounds.
